And in PSU sector having some valuble and ethical reason for the termination but in private job no such type of job security. Lack of employment stability. In case of private good giant sector the salary is credited on perfect time .   3. Job growth : The promotion having both govt. and private, the private sector employee having the rapidly growth than the govt job. In private sector the experience holder get more promoted. But in Govt sector casteism having get more benefits and perks. In govt. job the job growth is occurred very slow.
  4. Working environment : In this cases both having good environment to work. But in private job cases the working environment is better than govt. jobs. And it depends on the mood of the employee.
  5. Work life balance : Govt employee having having secure and particular time to work than the private employee.
  6. Work satisfaction : This type of case depends both perfect timing, work pressure, good environment for work, healthy environment in both private and govt job.
  7. Easy for the marriage : Now days the mind of the youth, the govt job give more reputation and easy to find the life partner for marriage and asking more dowry.
  8. Post-retirement : In both cases are same. After the post retirement both govt and private jobs no pension are available.
  9. Professionalism : In working structure the govt job having less professionalism comparison to the private job sector.

But now cases in the Modi government the MSME sector are growing. And this government give affordable loan with low interest to doing the business and move towards the entrepreneurship world.

In India the youth having low apatite to build the business. And they having lack of money and lack of rise of investment fund to starting the business. So they easily move towards the job. And some cases they don’t get their handsome loan with the interest from the Bank. And got some cage of bribes from Government employees.

In usa, the craze of business and entrepreneurship having the peak level. Because the low population and due to the increase of dollars demand, they grow more and more. Having good population with high GDP to ranking their country. And another reason is all the organisation share with privatization.
